Additional Tickets
Additional tickets are available for the following Commencement Ceremonies:
- CHASS - Business Administration
- CHASS - Group 1
- CHASS - Group 2
- CHASS - Group 3
- Graduate Division and Teacher Education
Due to an unexpectedly large number of participating graduates, no additional tickets are available for the BCOE and CNAS ceremony.
Procedure for receiving additional tickets
(For Graduates/Candidates who have confirmed their intent to participate)
Additional tickets for the four CHASS ceremonies and the Graduate Division ceremony will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis Tuesday, June 3, starting at 3:00 p.m., in Commons Room 302 South.
Each graduate/candidate may receive up to 3 tickets maximum at the June 3 distribution.
Graduates/candidates should come in person with their student ID in order to receive the additional tickets.
If you can not pick up additional tickets yourself
If you had already assigned a courier to pick up your original tickets, we will honor that same courier to pick up additional tickets for you.
Those who are not able to come in person to pick up additional tickets may designate an individual to serve as a "courier" for them. The courier will be authorized to pick up additional tickets for the graduate/candidate and will be responsible to deliver said tickets to the graduate/candidate. The courier must bring the student ID card of the graduate/candidate for whom they are picking up tickets, and may only serve as courier for up to 2 people (in addition to themselves).
If a graduate/candidate lives out of town and has not designated a courier they may do so by notifying University Theatre Box Office Manager, Bobby Bynum, before June 2. The graduate/candidate needs to include the following information in their communication:
Their full name and SID number
Ceremony that they are scheduled to attend
the full name of the individual whom they have designated to
act as courier
The courier must bring their ID card to pick up the tickets for graduate/candidate.
